Salve signor Silvestro,
qui in Estonia
siamo ancora tutte vive, grazie per la sua "simpatica" e-mail, NESSUNA
CRISI a parte quella finanziaria, perche´se
andassimo a Helsinki
finlandese.
Saluti,
Marzia
Valeria
Lucia
A DESTINAZIONE!
"Dall´Estonia
tutto bene. Siamo arrivati ieri sera verso le 21 e stiamo visitando gli
alberghi. Fa caldo ma non siamo ancora andati al mare. Ciao a tutti buon
lavoro."

Marzia, Valeria, Silvestro]

Il gruppo per Parnu
(Estonia) parte oggi (21 giugno). Marzia, Lucia e Valeria, accompagnate
in alcune manifestazioni.

Dear Elisa,
I am sending now the forms for the placement. The students are going
to live at our students´ hostel, not at the
small guest house as I have written before. There are some changes
going on concerning the small guest
house - some repairworks are going to take place in the schoolhouse,
and some of the summer courses are
moved to the small house. The conditions for the students are the same.
They can use a shower, toilet, coffee
and tea boilers, small cooking plates for very simple cooking (really
for very simple - may-be warming up
something or cooking soup or something like that). The bedclothes are
changed every two weeks and in the
smaller building of our school, there is the possibility to use a washing
machine. The hostel is in the very centre
of the city, just nearby Pärnu Hotel, bus station, there is a
big department store Port Artur very near, where they
can buy food, there are very many places, where they can eat.
When the students are living in our students hostel, there are some
rules that everybody living in the hostel has
to follow. One of them is that they have to be at the hostel before
24.00. When they want to be out longer, they
have to inform our hostel personnel about that. There is always a teacher
or some of the personnel there, so, if
they need some kind of information they can ask.
Me and our English teacher Mrs Reet Näär are going to be
the contact persons for your students. We, me or
Mrs Näär have always a mobile phone with us, so that if the
students need some information they can always
contact us. May be it would be good if some of the students has a mobile
phone with her, so that if they need to
reach us, they can do it.
We are just now making a plan for the five weeks, I hope to be ready
with the plan on Monday and send it to
you, so that we could discuss about the plan.
As to the city transport, then the bus transport is the only way of
that kind of transport. It would be good, if they
could buy a monthly ticket or card, which costs 150 EEK (about 10 EUROs),
then they can move better in the
town. There are no hour tickets or tickets-cards for smaller periods
of time. If the month is over, they have to buy
a new card. Otherwise one ticket costs 6 EEK ( about 0,4-0,5 EUROs),
but it will be cheaper with the card.
It is all for now
Best regards,
Leene Soekov
