Aggiornamento
Ciao Max.

MASSIMO, CHRISTIAN
E DIEGO
I ragazzi stanno bene,
Attendiamo altri particolari

and it is recommended that all participants purchase a strip of 10 tickets
(multi-rider tickets) for journeys to and from the work experience placement.
Examination & Certification
You will need to complete a brief initial language assessment to check
your level of English at the start of the placement in order to measure
your progress during your placement. You will be required to complete all
assignments and to maintain a portfolio of your work. A final assessment
will be carried out at the end of your placement and will be based mainly
on course work. Upon successful completion you will be awarded a certificate
of achievement.
Induction Pack
You will be given an induction pack upon arrival. This will give full
details of all local facilities, events, opening & closing times, health
registration forms, timetables, work experience diary, certificate (upon
completion of course) and a reference (upon completion of course). If you
need anything at any time, you only have to ask one of us – we’re happy
to help.
Weather
The weather in Central England is generally mild. In winter, there
can be some snow and so you should bring warm clothing and sensible shoes
at this time of year. Summers are normally warm and sunny but you should
be prepared for occasional rain.
Recreation & Free Time
Stafford has all of the usual amenities you would expect in a large
town such as cinema, theatre, bowling, night clubs and a good shopping
centre. There are all sorts of clubs and groups to join in and around the
area and the local leisure centre has swimming, tennis, keep-fit, badminton
and other sporting facilities. There are dozens of great excursions too
- visit the Capital, London (1½ hrs) or Britain's second largest
city, Birmingham (½ hr), Stratford-on-Avon (William Shakespeare's
birthplace) or maybe nearby Wales, to mention just a few.
